What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid. A natural molecule found in our skin.
This is formed into a soft gel that integrates harmoniously with your tissues.
The hyaluronic acid is processed in different ways to achieve different thickness of gel.
Depending on the area treated, the thickness of the filler chosen will vary.
Hyaluronic acid also binds and holds water, so plumping and hydrating tissues.
In depth clinical knowledge of the products and medical anatomy, blood vessels and tissues is so important to getting natural, beautiful results and most importantly to your safety.
How long does dermal filler last?
Different thickness of filler last varying amounts of time.
Most filler lasts between 6 to 12 months, with some filler lasting up to 18 to 24 months.
Over time your body naturally breaks down the filler. Depending on your metabolism and your lifestyle this time can vary.
